can’t remove image

HI,

I have a problem with this product:

Someone set the default colour on the size All to a colour here:

So it was showing the little photo, I want to remove it and set it to no default colour which I have done and cleared the cache many times but it will not remove the image on the Size option.

Can you help?

Can you please give us temporary admin access to your site? We’ll try to investigate the issue for you.

You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin, and set the info here.
