Gallery of Variation Images Disappeared

Hi there,

We started using your free version a year or so ago with a lot of success, when importing my product sheets it would populate the variation gallery automatically etc.

Recently all of the variation gallery images just completely disappeared, which is thousands and thousands of variations for us. Now it only shows one option we variation.

I would love for you to help investigate this if possible, as it’ll take an enormous time to rectify this manually if we need to.

Please find my logins below, and I deeply appreciate your support!

One product that I know for absolute certain had a range of images in the gallery for each variation, at least 2 for each one, is Atom Track and any product categorised under Brands as LEDC4.

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Please kindly do a plugin compatibility check by doing these steps to identify the error :

=> Deactivate all of your additional plugins except the WooCommerce and Additional Variation Images Gallery for WooCommerce Plugin.

=> See if the problem persists. If the problem resolved, you can tell which plugin might be the culprit of this error by activating your additional plugins one by one.

BTW, I could perform the test for you but it seems to be your production site so I did not do anything.

Can you manage a staging copy of your site? Thus we can be safe to investigate the issue without harming your production site.

Hi Golam,

If you’re happy to I’d be more than happy for you to run this test for me so that you can see any potential issues.

Atom Track is a great product to reference for this, as it definitely had multiple gallery images per variation previously and now they’ve all disappeared except for the first one.

The website has a maintenance page on it currently as the owner isn’t happy to have the website up with the image issues happening, so it’s safe to test this on the production site, so this is a relative matter of urgency for me at the moment.

Hi Terri,

First of all, you need to add images to this gallery to initiate our plugin for a product. The Atom Track product did not have a gallery image so I have added one. You can replace this with the most appropriate image.

It appears that JetWooBuilder and JetProductGallery plugins are causing the issue. Maybe you have chosen a different gallery option apart from WooCommerce default. Our plugin only works with the WooCommerce default gallery option.
