Cannot access download/Licence key or anything

Dear support-team,
on May 12, 2022, our annual Variation Swatches subscription for www.roestraum.eu was renewed.
However, I can’t access the download page here on getwooplugins.com and when I try to access the zip-file in “My Orders” it says: “download expired, please go to shop”.
What can I do to access the Pro version on my wordpress site? Currently, we’re running the free version but since we paid for it, we would love to accees the pro features.
Please let me know if you need anything else from me to fix this issue.
