Hi Manuel,

Thanks for reaching out to us. Sorry to hear that you have experienced trouble on your site regarding the slider image issue.

I have checked your provided video link. And I noticed that you opened a similar enquiry 9 months ago. Ticket number 103389 can be found at https://getwooplugins.com/ticket/103389/

Also, please update the admin access you gave for testing. Please change the access permission to administrator as I require to access your WordPress dashboard. We’ll try to investigate the issue for you.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thank you.

Thanks for the investigation.
I have updated the access right.
If you need any help or information, please don’t hesitate to ask.

Best regards

Hi Manuel,

Thank you for updating the site access. You are using the default swatches feature of the Flatsome theme, according to my inspection.

Flatsome has its own Swatches feature. To get our plugin to work, you should disable their swatch. The Flatsome theme options will give you the choice to turn off their swatch option.

Note: After disabling, you should purchase our pro version of the variation swatches plugin if you want to show product-specific swatches.

Let us know if you require any further assistance.

Disabled the Flatsome Swatch future but still not working. Please inspect further, thanks.

I have now turned off the Flatsome Swatch future, but still not working. Please inspect further, thanks.

Hi Manuel,

After turning off the flatsome theme swatches, you should set up our swatches plugin so that it will work properly on your website, as I mentioned in a previous response.

To set up our swatches plugin on your website, please follow the instructions:
https://getwooplugins.com/documentation/woocommerce-variation-swatches/

Thank you.

But way is the image gallery plugin not working?? I tried everything, I turned on stand WooCommerce gallery and turned off the flatsome swatch future, but the image gallery is still not working…

Hi Manuel,

The Swatches and image gallery issue has been resolved on your website. Our variation swatches plugin is now activated. Some CSS code added to your customizer and I have made changed some settings. Kindly check your website now:

New issue: Images stuck & incorrectly sized

Please give me the change log, so I could reverse the changes.

Thank you very much!

=> Changing image is not a feature of our plugin, it is a feature of WooCommerce itself. And our gallery plugin works on the default woo-commerce gallery.

I turned on stand WooCommerce gallery and turned off the flatsome swatch future, but the image gallery is still not working…

=> In that situation, to find the conflict issue, you can run a theme compatibility check by following these steps:

Step-1: Please install and activate the storefront theme (https://goettigclothing.com/wp-admin/theme-install.php?search=storefront) for short time.
Step-2: See if the problem persists. If the issue is resolved, you can tell Flatsome theme might be the reason for this conflict.

Note: Please get in touch with your Flatsome theme support if you detect a theme issue.

And if the theme conflict check does not help then you can run a plugin compatibility check by following these steps:

Step-1: Deactivate all of your additional plugins except the WooCommerce Variation Swatches, Additional Variation Images Gallery, and  WooCommerce Plugin.
Step-2: See if the problem persists. If the issue is resolved, you can tell which plugin might be the culprit of this conflict by activating your additional plugins one by one.

Looking forward to hearing from you.
