We have 2 issues, one is – additional dialog alert window always is popping up on the WordPress when trying to do anything and change the pages or tabs.

Firstly the issue you mentioned additional dialog box is the default behavior of WordPress. It is not related to our plugin. Please check this screencast- https://www.loom.com/share/192d6477d14e4affae19e2862364c771
For your flip images issue please contact TP Product Image Flipper for Woocommerce plugin support. For your double image issue can you temporarily deactivate our swatches plugin and check if it is displaying the images two times or not?
Basically, the issues you mentioned are not from our plugin. I hope I could clear up your confusion.

Our codebase is only for WooCommerce products. We have no codebase for Post or Page.

You can check, the first post is displaying dialog even without our plugin. Then in the second post, the dialog is not coming even with our plugin.
BTW, you are using the old version of our plugin. Our recent versions are-

When we deactivate your plugin (Pro version) – it disappears, we doo all the tests on the staging.
Second issue (also, when it’s deactivated, everything works just fine on staging) – flip image on hover. Please check https://mancini.bluehat.hosting/
