Uncaught TypeError

Hi,

Just installed this plugin on a fresh installation and updated a product variation with 2 ekstra images for testing. The functionality works in the backend, but unfortunately not on the frontend. See jQuery error:

Thank you for reaching out to us. Please kindly do a plugin compatibility check by doing these steps to identify the error :

=> Deactivate all of your additional plugins except WooCommerce and Additional Variation Images Gallery for WooCommerce Plugin.

=> See if the problem persists. If the issue is resolved, you can tell which plugin might be the culprit of this error by activating your additional plugins one by one.

If the plugin conflict check doesn’t help, please record me reproducing your issue using a tool like this? https://www.useloom.com
It helps me to figure out the issue quickly and squash it immediately.

And don’t forget to add your site login details in the site login details area. I’ll check what’s happening there.

You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin, and set the info here.

Hi again Golam,

I’ve just installed a fresh copy of wordpress with WooCommerce, Astra Theme, Elementor and Crocoblock; JetEngine. As i did the installation process i found out that your plugin (Additional Variation Images Gallery For WooCommerce) + Crocoblock; JetEngine creates the error.

I’ve created a user login for you so you can test for yourself.

Hi Golam,

Great! I located the source of the issue. It was an incompatibility with the gallery widget i used. When using the classic woocommerce gallery widget, it works like a charm.

Now i have 2 more challenges:

Image sizing product images. I need to assign custom sizing + hard crop to product images – how can i go about this?
Can i import variation gallery using WPALLIMPORT?
