When we use your plugin we cant get the data of the selected options

We use PitchPrint platform and we had a problem with variable products.

When we used  your plugin we couldn’t get the variation data.

Could you please send us a screen recording of the issue you’re facing by using a tool like this (https://www.useloom.com)? It helps us to quickly figure out the problem.

Also, please provide us a temporary admin access to your site so that we may try to investigate the issue for you. In order to do that, go to Dashboard > Users > Add New on the menu. Set the user and password for us, change the role to administrator. After that enter your site URL, login username, and password in the site login section.
