Plugin not working with new update

I was using your plugin for my website: https://www.rekindi.com

However, since you created the new update, this no longer works. Since my website is reliant on this, I need it fixed ASAP. Can someone please be of assistance !

Hi Alexa,

Please kindly do a plugin compatibility check by doing these steps to identify the error :

=> Deactivate all of your additional plugins except WooCommerce and WooCommerce Variation Swatches Plugin.

=> See if the problem persists. If the issue is resolved, you can tell which plugin might be the culprit of this error by activating your additional plugins one by one.

If the plugin conflict check doesn’t help, please record me reproducing your issue using a tool like this. https://www.useloom.com
It helps me to figure out the issue quickly and squash it immediately.

Hi,

The plugin is meant to turn the large images into small icons that a consumer can select when choosing a mat design. Currently, it comes up with an error. Please see attached screenshot of just one of the many pages that do not work.

It looks like the image is not attached.

Please try a tool like Lightshot to update images here.

Turning the large image into a small icon is a premium feature.

I don’t see the premium plugin installed on your site.

Will you please verify this?
