Can you please give us temporary admin access to your site? We’ll try to investigate the issue for you.
You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin, and set the info here.

Can I disable the Variation image switch on the Shop / Archive instances?

Hello, am I able to disable the image from switching to its variation image within the Shop / Archive grid?
As in, if I’m on the single product page and viewing the Related Products section below, if a user selects a variation option from a dropdown etc. can I have the image just stay as-is instead of showing its actual variation image?
