Every time I try to test the checkout feature, I get an empty cart message. Please help. I tried different troubleshoots and nothing worked.

And could you please send us temporary admin access to your site so that we may try to investigate the issue for you? To do that, go to Dashboard > Users > Add New on the menu. Set the user and password for us, and change the role to the administrator. After that add your site URL, login username, and password in the site login area.
