Plugin broke my layout or funcionality

Hi Guys, good evening.

The plugin had serious problems on my site and I’m counting on your help to solve it, otherwise I’ll cancel the purchase.

Simple products were not affected, only the variables were, and the errors are as follows:

1. Products image isn’t switching when mouse swiping.
2. Interest free installment plugin doesn’t work on variable products.
3. Plugin broke in mobile version.
4. The word “clear” appeared during page load.

Can you help me urgently?

Yes, you can disable the other plugin, I had to change it to get my site working properly,
as your plugin was having problems.

Can you please check your site? Before checking don’t forget to clear your caches like- Browser Caches, Caches Plugin Cache (WP Rocket), and Server-Side Cache.

Hi Matheus,

You are using WooCommerce Parcelas Com e Sem Juros. They have a class .price which is conflicting with our plugin.

For now, I have edited the class name to show you the conflicting part. But it is not good practice. Please contact WooCommerce Parcelas Com e Sem Juros and ask them for a hook in this position- https://prnt.sc/kTKOmV7kVhAj.

Please kindly do a plugin compatibility check by doing these steps to identify the error :

=> Deactivate all of your additional plugins except the WooCommerce and WooCommerce Variation Swatches Plugin.

=> See if the problem persists. If the problem is resolved, you can tell which plugin might be the culprit of this error by activating your additional plugins one by one.

The plugin again broke on my site, I updated the version and it corrupted my site totally, so I went back to the previous version and it was no longer the same way it was before (with the sizes horizontally), according to the photo, Could you help me to get it the way it was before?
