My understanding is that it’s not loading a function related to the CSS code for that plugin. It may not cause visible issues on your site, in which case you can leave it for now, but if you try to use it and see weird issues with WooCommerce, it would be a good idea to talk to the plugin developers of “Variation Swatches for WooCommerce” to have it fixed.
