I don’t know if there has been an update, but I have remade the web. the web page works fine, but on a mobile phone it doesn’t let you select the attributes. So, it does not allow you to make any purchase from your mobile. i hope you can help me. please. thanks

Thank you for reaching out to us. Please kindly do a plugin compatibility check by doing these steps to identify the error :

=> Deactivate all of your additional plugins except WooCommerce and WooCommerce Variation Swatches Plugin.

=> See if the problem persists. If the problem is resolved, you can tell which plugin might be the culprit of this error by activating your additional plugins one by one.

Hi friend, thanks so much. i did one by one and will ok. i know now the plugin its site Ground optimizer, i have the siteGround hosting and they put this plugin to work better wordpress, maybe its the configuration of caché of thath plugin or something similar…
