Thanks for reaching out to us. You were using the Avada Image Lazyloading method which converts the image into base64 format.
I have enabled the default lazyload option by WordPress. Please check your gallery now, before checking don’t forget to clear your caches like- Browser Cache, Caching Plugin Cache, and Server-Side Cache.

Thumnails not showing on productpage

After updating the plugin the thumbnails are not showing anymore. We use the Avada theme.
