variation image dont show up after main product image

hi
i am facing problem with variation image,they don’t show when i click on variation image button.
i have added few images in my product gallery,when first/main image is on display then if i click on variation then all variation image will show up,but if i am on any other image except from main image then variation image don’t show.
please help me in this regard.
