get /**/ in upsell and related simple products

Hi there,
We use the pro version on seco.co.il.
In single product pages, we display upsell and related products. the variations works great but if it’s a simple product we get “/**/”. as you can see in the screen shot below.
All plugins are updated and wp core and theme.
