Low speed with plugin turned on

Hi Nikita,

Thanks for reaching out to us. With our plugin, you are loading not only products, but you are also displaying variation attributes. Which will take time to load than without attributes on the archive/shop page.

Could you update your free and premium version of the WooCommerce Variation Swatches plugin?

The current version of swatches plugins is the following.

Variation Swatches for WoooCoommerce – Version 2.0.6

Variation Swatches for WooCommerce Pro – Version 2.0.6

Please make sure you are using the same version.

We have updated plugins to latest versions. Yes, Variation Swatches doest additional query to get variable attributes, but delay is too long. There are no suck variation count to delay for such time. How an we decrease delay?

Are you using any caching plugin like SG Optimizer?

BTW, please kindly do a plugin compatibility check by doing these steps to identify the error :

=> Deactivate all of your additional plugins except WooCommerce and WooCommerce Variation Swatches Plugin.

=> See if the problem persists. If the problem is resolved, you can tell which plugin might be the culprit of this error by activating your additional plugins one by one.

We have already done this, turned off plugins and checked their compatibility and performance. And we created this ticket after such checks. We understand that caching like LiteSpeed + Redis will speed up, but it is not normal that without caching delay is 6 sec. It must be normal speed when cahcing is turned off, and hypersonic with litespeed cache.

Hi Nikita,

From my inspection, our swatches were not loaded properly in your shop. `wvs-loaded` is missing in your markup.

Can you please confirm whether your theme has any built-in swatches feature or not? xts-swatches is not our class.

Please completely disable that another swatches feature. The xts-swatches class seems like you are using a theme by “xtemos”.

If you don’t know how to disable it, please contact theme support and ask them to disable it for you.

Plugin does not render swatches like hook is not called or something like so

Maybe we can add do_action to our template to render?
