Change of page when user clicks a variation

Suppose a product has 2 or more color variations and black is the first color and pink is the 2nd
when I’ll open the product page it’ll show me all color
I’ll add every color as a product with just a minor change in SKU
For example
SKU 160404/01B for Black
SKU 160404/01P for Pink and so on
now if we are product page and click on 2nd color pink
it’ll have to be redirect us to that product page which I add for the color pink
and then I want to see the black product I can click on black color and it’ll bring us on black
How to make it possible?
