Disable plugin on single product page

Hi there,
Is there a way to keep the plugin working on the archive/shop level (so I can see the colour swatches), but disable the plugin altogether on the individual product pages.
My backorder code will not work if I have the pro plugin turned on and I do not need any functionality from the pro plugin on the individual product pages.
Or does your plugin work with anything like this?
