Purchase a starter lifetime plan but cannot use premium settings

Hi, i purchased the starter lifetime plan but recently i notice that i cannot use the premium setting.

All the premium settings are locked and required to purchase.

I tried to activate the Pro version plugin also not working.

Please help.

Can you please give us temporary admin access to your site? We’ll try to investigate the issue for you.

You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin, and set the info here.

And add your site URL, login username, and password in the site login area. Follow this guideline: https://www.useloom.com/share/27c1f2ac633c4060b2da883d946107d7

We are sorry for your inconvenience.

Version 2.0 is a massive change, we have updated the whole codebase.

Please download the latest (v2.0.4) Swatches PRO version and use it with the latest Swatches Free version (v2.0.4).

Note: Variation Swatches PRO has been deactivated intentionally to save from compatibility issues.
