Variations displaying in places they weren’t before?

Not sure if this plugin is to blame (or whether it is PEBCAK) but I am struggling with the way my variations are showing up since this last round of updates. My variations are appearing under the main product image (see attached screen capture) They weren’t visible before until the product was clicked.  Is there an easy fix, please?  Guessing I need to check/uncheck a box somewhere now?  (I am also using the free version of the additional variation images).  The other issue I have is that the colours of the attributes are no longer showing up?
