=> Deactivate all of your additional plugins except WooCommerce and WooCommerce Variation Swatches Plugin.

=> See if the problem persists. If the problem is resolved, you can understand which plugin might be the culprit of this error by activating your additional plugins one by one.

I have sent your issue to our development team. They said the issue is coming from WooCommerce Product Add-ons – Custom Product Options Plugin

They have suggested you contact WooCommerce Product Add-ons – Custom Product Options Plugin author.

Please let them know they have overridden the reserved URL() function. Send them this screenshot1 screenshot2 and link to know more about URL() function.

You can say- why then it worked with our previous version. Our development team also noted-

“We always keep our code up to date and implement code standards. The issue customer mentioned will not happen only with our plugin. It will affect all the plugins who have URL-related features.”

So this issue can be resolved by the WooCommerce Product Add-ons – Custom Product Options Plugin. I am sure they will understand.
