Can you please give us temporary admin access to your site? We’ll try to investigate the issue for you.
You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin and set the info here.

Hello,
After the implementation of the new version of the plugin we found that it causes a display bug at the level of the pages in particular the category pages, as soon as the plugin is activated the visuals of certain products are no longer displayed, and in disabling the plugin they reappear (actuellement il est désactivé)

Do you have a solution to fix this?
you will also find attached the subscription invoice because we cannot find the license key in our personal space
