There are 2 issues with this plugin.
When updated the 2.0.3 the swatches become unresponsive. There is a white transparent overlay over the swatches which does not allow for any selection to be made.
When the plugin is rolled back to 2.0.1, the selection does not clear upon adding to the cart. ie, when I make a selection and add it to the cart, I try to make a second selection of a different variation on the same product then the first section does not clear and the swatches are unresponsive.
I have had to setup a staging site to try and fix the problem.

Please kindly do a plugin compatibility check by doing these steps to identify the error :
=> Deactivate all of your additional plugins except WooCommerce and WooCommerce Variation Swatches Plugin.
=> See if the problem persists. If the problem is resolved, you can understand which plugin might be the culprit of this error by activating your additional plugins one by one.

its a conflict with an official woocommerce plugin.

In the meantime, you should also contact the Product Addons plugin author and let them know we have updated our codebase.
