Variation Positionining in product listing + Product display

we have a situation,  on the following

  1. In Product Listing Pages or Archive Pages, we need Dropdown as shown in the screenshot: https://www.screencast.com/t/xozSB6Ll0lp
  2. On the Product Page, we need as buttons: https://www.screencast.com/t/L2PGTqEN0

Let us know how we can achieve this.
