Can you please clear your cache like- Browser Cache + Caching Plugin Cache + Server-side Cache?
Swatches are displayed normally from my side. Please check this and this screenshot.

Version 2.0.0 is a massive change, we have updated the whole codebase.
So, we kept a migration script. It takes time to migrate properly based on the number of products. Until it finishes properly, your site may act abnormal activities.
The last thing is sometimes some JS and CSS never reflect until you clear your cache.

Version 2.0.1 problems with settings and thumbnails

Hi guys,
since the plugin update I’m facing some problems.
It has lost the previous settings, and the thumbnails are huge, and in different sizes.
I’ve done a lot of test and checks, but can’t solve until now.
Saw that the potential problem can be in:
.woo-variation-swatches .variable-items-wrapper .variable-item img
width: 100%;
