The swatches you mentioned are coming from WoodMart Theme.

Just disabled WoodMart Swatches if our swatches are enabled.

Here is the CSS snippet I applied at Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS

.woo-variation-items-wrapper .swatches-select.swatches-on-single {
   display: none;
}
