How can I delete or not show the image of the variable but the images that I put in the gallery of said variable?
Unfortunately, the feature is not currently available.

It depends on the image size you are using on your site. You can use any Image Optimization Plugin to reduce the image size. BTW, you can disable loading on changing variations by disabling this option from plugin settings.
