Thumbnail size and aspect ratio

Hello, is there a way to make thumbnails not 1:1 in aspect ratio. I need to use the original size.

The ratio is controlled by WooCommerce. We have this option to resize thumbnail size.

There I use another aspect ratio. So this could not be the cause. I think the slider thumbnails are made 1:1 from your plugin

Did you try Regenerate Thumbnail Plugin?

If not please try to regenerate thumbnails using the plugin.
