Odd Plugin Behaviour

Hi, please see this short video clip:

Notice how on archive pages or archive elements, the plugin creates a “duplicate” image, when it should switch to the selected product variation. (Worth noting, as shown in the clip, the plugin works correctly on product pages.)

Please understand that I also have a plugin installed called “Perfect Brands for WooCommerce.” This plugin inserts an image on the product loop as seen here:

What appears to be happening is that when Perfect Brands is active, your plugin, instead of switching to the selected variation, inserts a “duplicate” product image into the product loop.

Please assist me with this issue.

Hi Patrick,

Can you please give us temporary admin access to your site? We’ll try to investigate the issue for you.

You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin, and set the info here.

Can you please check now?

Before checking don’t forget to clear cache like- Browser Cache, Caching Plugin Cache, and Server-side Cache.
