Main image when switching swatch not showing

Hi,

I have now installed the website in the live environment and I am encountering problems when switching the image swatch

The image is correctly displaying when you open a variable produst like https://www.alfrun.com/prodotto/asics-gel-nimbus-24-w/ https://prnt.sc/ibsv9Cf4WaKw

but if you switch the colour variation it crashes..https://prnt.sc/9_fcAH2QvgFq

Thanks for getting back to us. I found your site like this and tried using the incognito mode of the browser.

Are you using any CDN service? If so, please turn off your CDN service and check if it works or not.

Hi Hakik,

I can see that the issue is arising with CDN. The CDN is working on all other parts of website but not with your plugin (as it is not delivered fro cdn but from normal domain…)

Aren’t your plugins able to manage cdn service?

Hi Adriano,

We have no issue if the image perfectly loads. When you are clicking variations, our plugin gets images using AJAX and pushes them to the gallery.

In your case, it gets images using AJAX and images are coming from another source. It takes time and if interrupts then display a broken image.
