Swatch not working

Thanks for reaching out to us.

Swatches on hover not working on the home page.

Please make sure if your theme has any functionality for image compression or not.

On your homepage images are displaying using <picture> tag our plugin will with <img> tag. Here is a screenshot.

In archive pages when swatches are hovered it takes time to load variation images and also image gets larger.

Can you please give us a screenshot? Please use LightShot App and post screenshot links directly here.

Hi Bimal,

I have checked again and found <picture> tag instead <img> tag. Please check this screenshot.

Swatch will find <img> tag to push variation images, but it will not push images if you the tag is <picture>

Please open a new ticket by giving the Order ID and License key.

Mention that you want to use theme built-in swatches rather than our swatches plugin.

Then I can refer that ticket to our Sales and Marketing Team.
