This problem was not there until 2-3 weeks ago. That’s why I contacted you. I have been using your plugin with this theme for about 2 years. However, with the last update of your plugin, the system that was working properly suddenly broke down. Additional variation images do not appear even after downgrading the theme we are using. So if there is a problem with the theme, there is a problem that we do not understand because I did not change these settings. If the theme had created a conflict, it would have caused trouble earlier. However, this problem has just started to show itself. We are also trying to find a solution. We couldn’t find an issue with the woocommerce default gallery settings you mentioned last time. In addition, when we use other plugins and add new images, the system works smoothly. So there are some points in your application that do not fit our theme. We ask for your support as we do not want to use any other application.

Yes, your theme is working with an older version of our plugin.

Will you please give us temporary admin access to your site? We’ll try to investigate the issue for you.

You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin, and set the info here.
