Ticket #110553
Hi Marcin,
Can you please give us temporary admin access to your site? We’ll try to investigate the issue for you.
You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin, and set the info here.
And add your site URL, login username, and password in the site login area. Follow this guideline: https://www.useloom.com/share/27c1f2ac633c4060b2da883d946107d7
Hope to hear from you soon!
Hi Golam,
From what I can see others have the same. I cannot give third parties access to the store. All the links I have with updating to pro lead to your website. You can update the plugin and add a link where you can enter the license key instead of asking everyone to access the administration.
Hi Marcin,
Please make sure that you have both the basic and the premium version of the gallery plugin installed on your site.
You can download and install the basic version from here.
And, please get the premium version from here: https://getwooplugins.com/my-account/downloads/
This is how it should look on your site.
Let me know if the issue is resolved.
Thank You
Yes, it works now, there is a tab with a license key in the premium one

I have no idea where to add the key to the product, there is nothing like that in the settings. I added a page, read the instructions on where to add a key, and I don’t have the last tab where this key can be added. Why don’t you make a tab in the general settings to add a key?
