Hi Maggie,
Thanks for reaching out to us. It is happening for Elementor Pro after they release version 3.6.0.
You can test by downgrading the Elementor Pro version to 3.5.2. Then check whether your reported issue has been fixed or not.
BTW, we are also working on our swatches version 2. Do you have a staging site with the same setup as your live site?
Then I can set up version 2 for you to check. Please let me know your thought.
Hope to hear from you soon!
Thank You
Compatibility Issue

Hi there,
Hopefully that is the correct license key as our site does rely/use the Pro version of Variation Swatches.
I am having ongoing issues with a forced auto-scroll issue occurring on some of our website pages. You can see it occurring on the following pages;
https://francalia.com.au/product-category/soft-furnishings/velvet-cushions/
https://francalia.com.au/product-category/table-ware/table-linen/
https://francalia.com.au/product-category/bedroom-bathroom/bathmatsandtowels/
It is a fairly “new” issue – only starting back in March despite using the same plugins for an extended period of time and I have been in contact with Elementor and they have finally identified the issue as a being a compatibility issue – please seen screenshot below
Hello there,
Thank you for your patience!
In this case, it seems like a compatibility issue with this plugin.
Upon further investigation, I noticed that as the switchers are appearing on the site and resizing after the page loads, they move the site up and down a few time which make the site scroll.
In this case, you can also report the issue to the developers of the given plugins.
Looking forward to your reply!
Kind regards,
Ondrej
I’d like to proceed with trying to solve/understand the issue as we have used your plugin for far longer than we’ve been having the issues and is appears like the only solution is to complete deactivate the plugin.
I look forward to hearing from you and finding a solution.
Kindest,
Maggie
