gallery for variation not displaying

Hi. I don’t know if the problem is related to the version I’m using now (I’m using the free version). Maybe I need to upgrade to the paid version…?

Here is a test product. If you choose Size 30 and color Black, this variation should show 2 additional images.

I know that for > 2 images I need the pro version of your plugin…

But as you can see and test it, no additional thumbnails images are shown:

 

Theme is: RideCycle

Hi Nicola,

Thanks for reaching out to us. Please keep in mind that our gallery plugin will work with the default WooCommerce Gallery.

Make sure, your theme has any gallery features or not. If there is a visual setting to display the default gallery, you should use the default gallery.

But if there is no visual setting in your theme option, then please contact your theme developer and ask them to set the default gallery for you to get our plugin to work.

I asked the developer and he told me that the theme uses the default woocommerce gallery.

These pics area regularly displayed in the “main” variation, as you can see.

Here they are.

But pics for variation Size 28, color Green are not shown. See here

Hi Nicola,

As I said before, our gallery will not work with your theme-specific gallery.

Your theme changed the gallery layout. Please check this screenshot.

In the basic WooCommerce gallery, you will not get a thumbnail carousel.

That’s why our gallery plugin was not initialized.
