Gallery won’t work properly

Hi guys, so I just purchased the plugin, but sadly it would not display properly. It actually makes a huge space from the gallery.

Nope. No luck yet. What seems to be the problem? We are thinking about not using this plug-in due that it does not work! Any idea of what else could happen? We can not have this problem with our e-commerce.

 

Please give us a hand here, otherwise, sadly we will ask for the money back.

Please try your link using the Incognito browser or clear your cache.

I have cross-checked even with the incognito mode of the browser. Everything is working well from my side.

It has always looked good while you are logged in. But the actual live site, is has never been right

Hi Gavin,

Could you please try using the parent theme?

I have checked your child theme you have dequeued some scripts and CSS in the functions.php file.

Checked as a not-logged-in user and found our gallery plugin core CSS file is not enqueued (while visited as a visitor).

That’s why you are facing this issue.

Well, we have dequeued and cleared all cache but is still happening. Any other idea on how to fix these?

 

It’s just not working properly, and giving us a really bad result.

We are on our Eid Vacation, so the reply can be delayed than the normal time. I am just here to reply to you.

Please kindly do a plugin compatibility check by doing these steps to identify the error :

=> Deactivate all of your additional plugins except WooCommerce and Additional Variation Images Gallery Plugin.

=> See if the problem persists. If the problem is resolved, you can tell which plugin might be the culprit of this error by activating your additional plugins one by one.

If plugin conflict doesn’t help, please send us the latest version of the theme that you are using on your site. We’ll try to investigate your issue by installing your theme on our local setup.

So we did what you asked, but is happening the same thing. I feel bad about it because we do like the plug-in, but if there is no fix to the problems, I believe is best if we could get our money back, please.

Please let me know what we need to do to get the money back. Or if you could actually fix it…
