Variations repeated in order confirmation

Hi, recently the product variation attributes started showing up twice in our order confirmation emails (please see attached image below). Variations only show up once (as normal) in the cart and checkout, but then are listed twice in the emails, both alongside the product name and then below it. Is this something you can help us with?
