I’m interested in buying this plugin but when I use the free version it is not working.
So please confirm to me why not working free version.
If the free version works fine,  then I will buy it.
Please check below the link, product gallery images not showing.
I have use this one.

Hi Mahendra,

Thanks for reaching out to us. Our Gallery plugin is an extension of the WooCommerce default gallery.

Please make sure your theme has any gallery features or not. Nowadays theme provides gallery features.

Check if there is a visual option in your theme settings to enable the default WooCommerce Gallery or not.

If not please contact your theme developer and ask them to enable the default gallery for you.

Thanks for confirming this information. Unfortunately, you can’t use two different gallery scripts (YITH and Ours) on the same site.

We have our own zoom feature. To know more about the zoom feature please check our documentation.

If you want the zoom feature like YITH, unfortunately, this feature is not currently available.

But it is a great idea. Please send this feature request here- https://storepress.fider.io/

So that our research team can understand the necessity of this feature.

As I said before- you can’t use two different gallery scripts (YITH and Ours) on the same site.

Please deactivate YITH WooCommerce Product Gallery & Image Zoom plugin and check again.

BTW, your login credentials are not working.

Our Gallery Pro version is an extension of the Gallery Free version.

You have to install and activate both-

Additional Variation Images Gallery for WooCommerce Free

Additional Variation Images Gallery for WooCommerce Pro

Just I have added free version and now showing uploading option.

One thing when we buy the plugin, after that we get a mail and get the link of cable plugin download in it.
License or account login not found .

If we have to update the plugin in future then it will be updated without license.

please tell about it.

Hi Mahendra,

Please open a new ticket by giving your email and order number.

The ticket title can be “Didn’t get login access mail after plugin purchase”
