Limiting Swatches on Product Archive

Dear all,

just installed your swatches Plugin. Works great.

Only one thing: is there a way to limit the number of the swatches on product archive page?

We have a lot of stuf here and because of mobile users Id like to limit the number of swatches to 20 each product.
