Variation Swatches – Pro does not update

Hello,
We’re having an issues with the Pro Swatches plugin. If a user selects a variation color the page will (briefly) load that variation instantly however it will refresh the page after about 2 seconds and present the previous variation. The attribute will appear in the URL as well.
I noticed when I disable just the Pro plugin the variation change works (however the page still reloads). I’ve attached an image below to show what it looks like after I click on a variation.
