Please make sure that you have the latest versions for the basic and the premium version of our plugin.
The latest versions are 1.3.1 (both plugins).
You can download the premium plugin from here. And perform a manual update like this.
Also, can you please give us temporary admin access to your site? We’ll try to investigate the issue for you.
You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin, and set the info here.

hi,
our client purchased your additional variation images gallery for woocommerce. before a month ago
but your pro plugin was not working in their site,
after deactivating your pro plugin lite version plugin settings are appearing in backend,
if again i activate your pro plugin the backend settings will gone and simultaneously functions are not working in frontend
