We are aware of this issue.
The problem is we offer different types of swatches like (buttons, color, image, and radio buttons).
It becomes difficult for us to track the on the fly custom attributes.

I don’t understand it.
These aren’t custom on the fly product attributes, but simply adding a new term to an already existing product attribute category. For instance, I already have the Size category, but I want to add a new XXXL next to the existing size terms.
Why wouldn’t that be possible?

Can you please give us temporary admin access to your site? We’ll try to investigate the issue for you.
You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin, and set the info here.

Unable to add new variation values

When the Pro version of the plugin is enabled, it’s not anymore possible to add new attribute values. Somehow the ‘Add new’ button is disabled. When I disable the pro plugin, the button is enabled again.
Any idea what is going on?
