Can you verify if you have the latest versions of our Additional Variation Images Gallery plugins?
The latest versions are:

Can you please give us temporary admin access to your site? We’ll try to investigate the issue for you.
You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin, and set the info here.

Plugin doesn’t work when “Pro” version is installed

Hello,
When the pro version of this plugin is installed, the settings page disappears and the gallery doesn’t do anything. So the gallery looks the same if I have neither plugins activated or have both plugins activated or just have the pro version activated. However if I have just the standard version, it works.
We’re wanting to use premium features so would like to get this sorted. I’ve attached a few screenshots showing the issue.
