swatches not functioning correctly on single product page

Hi there,

I am struggling with setting up my site with the swatches plugin.

I have blocksy pro theme, which has additional variation gallery images capability natively in it.

It seems there has to be compatibility issue between blocksy and your swatches plugin.

Should I use your dedicated “Additional Variation Images Gallery For WooCommerce” plugin?

Can you please take a look at my site? I am not able to solve this isse.

Hi Sandor,

Thanks for reaching out to us. Changing the image is not a feature of our plugin, but a feature of WooCommerce itself.

Can you please temporarily deactivate our swatches plugin and check is it happening or not?

Thanks for the quick feedback.

Yes, changing the image is part of the woocommerce plugin. (actually the blocksy theme, but the main thing is, it is not the swatches plugin.

Please see the video to the end, my problem is that the main variation selector on the single product page should work, and it is working which is nice.

But inside the package deal, and also bottom of the page, the latter is my main concern, the selectors are also changing the main product gallery. Which is wrong.

Hi Sandor,

Please check this screencast. I have temporarily deactivated our Variations Swatches Free and Pro version.

Even with the default dropdown, the images are changing by selecting different attributes.

Please kindly do a plugin compatibility check by doing these steps to identify the error :

=> Deactivate all of your additional plugins including WooCommerce Variation Swatches Plugin except WooCommerce.

This issue is caused by theme, Blocksy, which adds the additional variation images option. I will try to get in touch with them again.

I wanted to ask, when is 2.0 is going to be released?

Because there was another ticket where we tested my site with the 2.0 beta, and the behavior at the bottom related parts section on the single product page was okay. How much longer do we need to wait for 2.0?
