image tooltips do not work

hi, i am trying to get the image tooltips to work but they dont. and also, i would like to manage how large the image tooltip is if that is possible.

Please clear your cache (Browser cache + Caching Plugin Cache + Server-side cache) and check again.

I have checked it now and working from my side. Please check this screenshot.
