I cant customize the widget, I use Elementor theme, and I didn’t find a tutorial that I can customize the widget from scratch

Could you disable our swatches plugin and check is it working without our plugin or not?

Our plugin has nothing to do with widgets. It is maintained by WooCommerce and your active theme.

If you have any confusion, please let me know.
