Golam, my client’s username is brandon.parham
He sent me login details, and I just logged in and verified that he did not have the license configured with the correct authorized domain. I have done that, but then went to try to udpate the plugin again, and it failed again. Does this authorization take time to propagate through your system and allow plugin update?

Pro plugin failing to update – ‘Update failed: Download failed. Forbidden’

I am emailing on behalf of my client, who operates WisewellUSA.com, and has a license for Addl Variation Images Gallery for Woo. The plugin stopped updating last week, giving an error message, ‘Update failed: Download failed. Forbidden’. I do not have the license key (is there one?) but the order number is #106581.
