Metadata key

Hi there,

I bought the Claue theme which comes with your plugin “Variation Swatches for WooCommerce.”

It works fine except with regards to the data transferring to my shipping provider. I’m using Shipmondo and they said I need to input “Metadata keys” for the variations in order for that data information to transfer across to their website with the rest of the order. (I’ve attached their correspondence below)

Are you able to point me in the right direction as to what these would be? I’m a little unsure if they are the same thing as id= in the source code. From the code I can see “data-attributes” and “data-product_variations” also more specific dd classes such as “variation-Choosesize”.

I tried checking with the Claue theme developer but they referred me to you.

This was the support reply from Shipmondo:
“As far as I can see, the extra options for the products is made as a metadata field on the webshop, which means that it is possible for us to retrieve this data when the order is transferred to us… on the integration there will be a field called “Metadata keys” where you can fill in the metadata keys from your webshop, so that we can retrieve the value that the metadata contains. The metadata keys you make use of is something your webshop developer should be able to help you find on your webshop. When you have all the keys, just fill them in the field “Metadata key” on the integration, if there is more than one metadata key, then you can enter is as such: “Key1, Key2, Key3″. When all of this is done, the value that the metadata contains will appear as text below the product.”
