Hello,

On mobile devises the screen jumps when scrolling, the screen also jumps when selecting swatches. I contacted my hosting provider GoDaddy. After extensive troubleshooting they found the issue lies with Variation Swatches for WooCommerce. Here is their finding:

“After an in-depth review, I discovered that a plugin Variation Swatches for WooCommerce is not fully compatible with the plugin Elementor Pro. The error is visible in the developer console after trying to select a different color swatch and the actual error is “Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘touches’)”.”

This creates a bad experience for our customers so we would like to get this resolved asap. Can you please help fix this?

Thanks for reaching out to us. The issue is coming from Elementor Pro’s latest version.

Could you please downgrade the version to Elementor 3.5.2?

Thanks for responding.

Unfortunately downgrading Elementor Pro will cause additional functional and security issues that have been resolved. We’re ready to start driving traffic to our site, but people have complained about the jumping. I’m sure you can understand how incredibly important it is to get this fixed before launch.

While we’re waiting for the latest version to be released, is there anything that can be done to fix it for now?
Do you have a timeline of when the next version be released?

I have downgraded access. If you need access to the site again, just let me know. 🙂
